Effective from: 29 April 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an advertisement and making payment to StatusPay247, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. Our Service

StatusPay247 distributes your advertisement to selected Posters (WhatsApp users) who will post your content as their WhatsApp status for 24 hours. Each Poster is verified to have at least 100+ views per status.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in advance.
  • No ad will be processed or distributed until payment is received in full.
  • Once payment is made and the ad is distributed, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where StatusPay247 is proven to be at fault.

4. Ad Submission & Approval

  • Advertisers must submit the complete and final version of the ad (image/text/video) before the distribution begins.
  • Once an ad is distributed to Posters, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.
  • It is the advertiser’s sole responsibility to review and ensure that the ad content is correct before submission.

5. No Duration Customization

WhatsApp statuses automatically expire after 24 hours. You may not request a shorter or longer posting duration.

6. Proof of Posting

  • You may request basic proof of posting such as screenshots.
  • You may also request viewership count verification from StatusPay247.
  • However, StatusPay247 does not guarantee exact view numbers, only that each Poster meets the minimum eligibility of 100+ views per status.

7. No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once an advertisement is distributed, unless it is due to an error caused by StatusPay247.
  • Refund claims must be submitted with valid evidence within 48 hours of the campaign launch.
  • If you request to stop an ad after it's been distributed, no refund will be provided as we cannot guarantee that Posters will be available or technically capable of removing it.

8. Modification Restrictions

  • Ads cannot be changed once distribution has started.
  • Posters are generally regular users (e.g., housewives) and may not have the technical skills or time to modify or delete status content upon short notice.

9. Performance Disclaimer

  • While all Posters are screened to have at least 100+ viewers, viewership may vary due to WhatsApp algorithm changes, device issues, or audience behavior.
  • StatusPay247 does not guarantee total reach beyond what is estimated. No liability is held for fluctuations in performance.

10. Content Guidelines

  • Ads must comply with Indian laws and WhatsApp community standards.
  • StatusPay247 reserves the right to reject ads that contain hate speech, adult content, misinformation, or any other inappropriate material.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • StatusPay247 acts only as a distributor between advertisers and Posters.
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the campaign’s performance, viewer responses, or third-party misuse.
  • Advertisers agree to indemnify StatusPay247 from any legal claims resulting from their ad content.
