📄 Poster Terms and Conditions

(Effective from: 28 April 2025)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Poster with StatusPay247, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
StatusPay247 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Poster Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have an active WhatsApp account.
You must consistently receive a minimum of 100 views on your WhatsApp status.
Proof of view count may be requested during registration or at any time during your participation.

3. Responsibilities

Posters must post only the advertisement materials provided by StatusPay247.
Posters are free to post their own personal content, provided they do not falsely claim it is issued by StatusPay247 or engage in any actions that damage the company's reputation.
Posters must follow any specific instructions given regarding the status content.

4. Status Posting Rules

Posters must post each assigned status exactly as received without modifications.
Statuses should be posted within the time frame specified.
Deleting, modifying, or failing to post assigned statuses without valid reasons can result in payment deductions or termination.

5. Duration of Status

Each assigned status must be posted once and will naturally expire in 24 hours (as per WhatsApp's system).
Posters are not required to repost unless otherwise instructed by StatusPay247.

6. Payment Terms

Posters will be paid ₹20 per approved status posted.
Payment is calculated based on the number of successfully posted and verified statuses.
A status is considered successful only if it receives a minimum of 100 views.
Statuses that fail to meet this requirement will not be counted and will not be paid.
Payments will be credited once the poster's account balance reaches a minimum of ₹1,000.
Posters may request withdrawal once ₹1,000 is reached unless there is a genuine medical emergency (subject to valid documentation and approval).
Payment will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other method as determined by StatusPay247.
In case of fraud, manipulation of status views, or violation of posting rules, pending payments may be withheld, and the poster's account may be terminated without notice.

7. Fraud Policy

Any attempt to manipulate views, submit false data, or misuse the system will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
If your status receives fewer than 100 views for 4 consecutive assigned statuses, your account may be terminated, and pending payments may not be issued.

8. Termination Policy

StatusPay247 reserves the right to terminate any Poster at its sole discretion for violating terms, fraud, or inactivity.
Upon termination, all pending payments below the minimum withdrawal amount may be forfeited.
Posters can also deactivate their accounts by providing a written notice at least 7 days in advance to support@statuspay247.com.

9. Privacy Policy

StatusPay247 collects necessary information such as name, contact number, WhatsApp number, and payment details.
Collected data will only be used internally and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
By participating in our program, you consent to automated status verification processes that may include view count verification.
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data that we hold and to request correction of any inaccuracies.

10. Independent Contractor Status

Posters are independent contractors, not employees of StatusPay247.

No employment benefits (such as health insurance, pension, etc.) are provided.

11. Right to Modify Campaigns

If a client modifies or cancels a campaign, StatusPay247 may pause or cancel those assignments without any compensation to posters.

12. WhatsApp Disclaimer

WhatsApp® is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp® or Meta Platforms, Inc.
The services we provide involve direct WhatsApp status marketing using our network of users.
The use of the WhatsApp® logo or name is strictly for illustrative purposes.
All rights to WhatsApp® remain the property of Meta Platforms, Inc.

13. Minimum Performance Requirements

Posters must maintain a minimum of 100 views on each status to continue participation in the program.

14. Limitation of Liability

StatusPay247 is not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, device failures, account bans, or any other problems that may affect a poster's ability to post WhatsApp statuses.
StatusPay247 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to WhatsApp or any third-party platform.
If a poster's WhatsApp account is suspended, restricted, or banned for any reason, StatusPay247 holds no responsibility and will not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed payments resulting from such incidents.
Posters participate at their own risk and must comply with WhatsApp's terms of service independently.
StatusPay247 only provides advertising materials and does not engage in or encourage any behavior that violates WhatsApp's policies.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StatusPay247, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees arising from or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Your misuse of the services.
Your violation of any rights of any third party.
Your conduct in connection with the services.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to mandatory mediation.
If mediation is unsuccessful, any remaining issues shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall take place in Kerala, India, and shall be conducted in English.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kerala, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
